Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 3–4 working days from the date of receiving their order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns will not be accepted for products that are damaged due to mishandling, improper storage, or after the expiry date.
  • Certain perishable food items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety concerns.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via Email/Phone/WhatsApp with your order ID, reason for return, and photographs of the product.
  • Our team will verify the request and arrange for reverse pickup (if available in your area) or guide you on how to send the product back.

3. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited within 3–4 working days from the date of approval.
  • The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products purchased during clearance or sale events.
  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Perishable items that are not eligible due to food safety guidelines.
